Day 1 - Arrive Honolulu (4 nights)
Aloha and welcome to Hawaii! Upon arrival at Honolulu InternationalAirport, you are greeted with a traditional fresh flower lei andtransferred to your hotel in the heart of Waikiki. Day 2 - Oahu sighseeing & at leisure
Meet your fellow travelers and Tour Director at a private meetingabout the Hawaiian Islands and your vacation. Then set out to seethe natural wonders of Oahu. Discover tropical rainforests,world-famous surfing beaches, picturesque villages and pineapplefields. The rest of the day is free to enjoy Waikiki. (Fullbreakfast)
Day 3 - Honolulu at leisure
A full day free to pursue your own interests. Shopping is afavorite pastime at Waikiki''s International Market Place, with over130 carts, shops and artisan stands. Or for the more adventurous,try an outrigger canoe ride or take a surfing lesson from one ofWaikiki''s beach boys! (Full breakfast)
Day 4 - Pearl Harbour & Honolulu sightseeing
Head to Pearl Harbor and visit the USS Arizona Memorial. Relive amoment in history at this tribute to the military personnel whowere killed during the attack on Pearl Harbor. Next is PunchbowlNational Cemetery and Downtown Honolulu where you see the StateCapitol, King Kamehameha Statue and the beautiful Iolani Palace,residence of Hawaii royalty. Also included is a visit to a renownedjewelry workshop where you''ll learn how Hawaii''s rare and preciouscorals are harvested, graded and crafted into unique islanddesigns. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure before gettingtogether for a Highlight Dinner at a local restaurant. (Fullbreakfast / Highlight dinner)
Day 5 - Oahu - Hawaii Volcanoes National Park - Kona (2 nights)
Fly to Hilo and journey to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, a UNESCOWorld Heritage Site and home to Kilauea, the world''s most activevolcano. After a Highlight Lunch at the Volcano House, visit theJaggar Museum. Learn about the fiery formation of the islands andwalk through an actual lava tube. Your Tour Director shares aHidden Treasure before continuing on through macadamia nut and Konacoffee farms. Visit a coffee plantation, see how Kona coffee isgrown, harvested and processed, and sip a freshly brewed cup ofthis highly valued coffee. Day 6 - Kona at leisure
A full day of leisure to do as you please. Perhaps visit a historicheiau, or Hawaiian temple of worship, take a snorkeling excursionor ride aboard a submarine to view the colorful reef sea lifewithout getting wet. (Full breakfast)
Day 7 - Kona - Maui (3 nights)
Fly to Maui and stop at the old whaling town of Lahaina. View thehistoric landmark buildings and picturesque waterfronthead beforeheading to a local organic farm. A unique blend of education,sampling of superb local ingredients and great cooking, this visitputs you at the forefront of the organic farming experience. Days 8 & 9 - Maui at leisure
Enjoy two fabulous days at leisure. Relax on the beach or by thepool, shop for souvenirs, enjoy a game of tennis or golf, gosailing or explore the island further - the choice is entirelyyours! A highlight of your time on Maui is the time-honoredHawaiian feast - the traditional luau. Enjoy tropical cocktails anddelicious island specialties, then learn about Hawaiian culture andtraditions during a colorful song and dance review. A night youwill long remember! Day 10 - Maui - Kauai (3 nights)
Fly to Kauai, the "Garden Isle." Kauai is so nicknamed because ofits lush tropical landscape, which you may recognize as thelocation for some of Hollywood''s classics such as South Pacific andthe modern blockbuster Jurassic Park trilogy. Cruise up the WailuaRiver and learn of its importance to Hawaiian culture. Take a shortnature walk through the rainforest to the lush Fern Grotto, whereyou will be entertained with songs and legends of the island, andperhaps learn the hula during a lesson provided by a hula dancer. Days 11 & 12 - Kauai at leisure

9 or more: If 9 or more people travel together, we offer attractive group discounts based on how many people travel. In a group of 9 passengers, 1 traveller qualifies for a 50% discount off the LAND-only portion of the tour. In a group of 16 passengers, 1 traveller qualifies for 100% discount off the LAND-only portion of the tour.

When travelling alone, we understand that some clients do not want to incur the expense of an additional single room supplement. With this in mind, on the majority of our itineraries, Trafalgar offers you the opportunity to purchase these tours on a room-sharing basis. We will accommodate you with a fellow passenger of the same gender on a ‘two-bedded’ basis (non-smoking rooms only). Please note that, regrettably, we cannot guarantee that room mates will be of a similar age group. Even so, it is an enjoyable way to travel and get to make new friends, and a positive way to stretch your holiday budget. If we fail to match you, we will provide a single room at no extra cost.
